The Brainwave Generator is a program which allows you to customize binaural beat effects to your own design. Includes several presets. I’ve used the program, and it is quite versatile and effective.

Lucidcrossroads. This is a large site with numerous tutorials largely based on the WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) technique. Some basics on Astral Projection are also given.

The Lucidity Institute page contains a wealth of information; it is affiliated with Stephen LaBerge, one of the pioneers of the scientific study of lucid dreams.

Lucidquest. …uses proprietary software to develop binaural beat audio. The binaural beats utilize a frequency following effect to induce specific brainwave states to aid in relaxation, lucid dreaming, OBE, and other alternative states of consciousness.

Gnosticweb. Affiliated with Mark Pritchard (author), and addresses topics such as Christian Gnosticism, Astral travel, lucid dreaming, dream recall, and self awareness. Forums and free classes are available here; the site has undergone a re-design recently.
